What happens when I report a repair?
We provide a Monday to Friday repairs service together with an 'out of hours' emergency repairs service provided by Delta Wellbeing.
We aim to raise a work order on the day of reporting, unless we need to inspect the repair first.
We will offer an appointment, where possible, that will be mutually convenient, or aim to complete repairs as follows:
- Emergency Repairs within 24 hour
- Urgent repairs within 5 days
- Non urgent routine repairs within 28 days
Medra Maintenance
Medra is Barcud’s Direct Labour maintenance team. We have 60 workers in this arm of the business consisting of Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Multi-trade operatives, Painters and Decorators, Estate Caretakers and admin support.
The skilled Medra team work on general day-to-day maintenance, repairs and upgrades, out of hours emergencies and are currently building high-quality brand new homes for new tenants in mid Wales.
Medra also offers trade apprenticeships each year.
